As we enter the richness and festiveness of this holiday season, I hope you’re taking time to slow down and reflect on all you’ve done this year. 2025 was an intense year for many of us, and honoring what you’ve walked through and grown in can be a deeply self-honoring practice.

Starting January 2026, this Substack will be newly titled The Elevated Entrepreneur.
For the last eight years of Three Beats, I’ve dominantly served entrepreneurs and business owners. The results have been astounding, from clients starting multiple businesses to expanding their teams, getting massive funding secured, publishing books, speaking on international stages, franchising, moving abroad, and growing their businesses to multiple 6 and 7-figure companies from zero.
After working with hundreds of clients running their own businesses in products, services, education, and events, I’ve developed a whole library of content and tools to support entrepreneurs in doing three specific things:

2. Working less (and more simply)
3. Living more fully
The principles of building a sustainable business are actually very simple and they apply across industries. I want you to have those exact principles and tools to create whatever you want in your work and offerings. It might mean expanding your business(es) or downsizing.
