As many of you know, the past few years have been a whirlwind for me and my family. From significant personal changes to shifts in my business, it’s been a time of growth and transformation. Thank you for your support for those who have been with me on this journey.

One of the most powerful lessons I’ve learned during this period is the concept of rebranding and how it applies to business and life itself.

Rebranding isn’t just about logos, colors, and aesthetics. It’s about aligning with your values. It’s about knowing what truly matters and infusing those values into everything you do.

For me, my personal brand has always reflected:

• Optimism

• Warmth

• Intentionality

• Simplicity

These values have shown up in different ways throughout my life, from my journey as a mother to how I show up in my leadership and business work. They’re the foundation of everything I do, and no matter how much my life changes, these values remain constant.

But what I’ve also come to realize is that rebranding often means letting go of the comfort of the familiar. It’s hard to release what has served us, but it’s necessary for growth.

As I step into this new chapter, I’ve hired an agency to help me elevate and rebrand Three Beats Consulting. For the first time in over seven years, I’m handing over my vision to experts who can take it to the next level. The process is exciting, but it also comes with a layer of grief as I release what has brought me this far.

Just like autumn gives way to spring, the leaves of Three Beats Consulting are shedding to make way for a more prosperous, more vibrant future.
