💥Your Network IS Your Net Worth: The Power of Founders💥
Why a community of fellow founders is the critical to your success.
I am obsessed with founders. Founders are amazing, fascinating creatures. By nature, a founder knows how to channel creativity into action. They make something from nothing.
However, creating a sustainable business is a whole skill set in itself. It takes more than vision, commitment, and capital.
It takes community.
Truly successful founders know the power of people. We are not equipped to self-sustain. Having people we can grow with, bounce ideas with, and learn from is critical to long term success.
This week I pulled together a group of 11 incredible female founders who all met up in Boulder, Colorado for a couple days together. It was not formal. There was no fee. There was no leader. There was no agenda. It was truly a peer community of founders where everyone contributed in their own way.
We all shared in a flow-like state of being. Some facilitated, some led a process, some held space, some made meals for the collective. We shared resources, wisdom, wins, challenges, growing pains, and the behind-the-scenes work that we were doing.
No ego. No competition. No comparison. Just 11 founders wanting everyone else there to win.
We had women from across multiple industries: the world of construction, mortgage banking, finance, tech, creative writing, clinical psychology, plant medicine, virtual assisting, and more. And you know what? The learnings were the same regardless of industry.
Founders need other founders.
That’s the work I’m doing here, and I can’t wait for more founders to join.
QUESTION: What connections, introductions, or resources are you craving right now?
Reply back and I’ll tap into my people to help supply you. No strings attached. I want you to win.
And every month there’s an opportunity to be with other founders for my monthly masterclasses that provide community, tools, and business strategy for you.
Rooting for you,
Sarah
P.S. You’re all invited to my Q2 Strategic Planning Workshop on Zoom this Friday from 10AM PST - 12PM PST.
